UNDERSTANDING THE JOY OF DELIVERY
understanding the joy of delivery

The final destination or the end point of every hope, expectation, desires and long is delivery. In-between everything that is hoped for, desired and expected is a waiting time. Waiting time always comes with pain. However, by delivery comes the end of waiting. DELIVERY IS THE TERMINATION OF WAITING TIME. Waiting time is not over until delivery takes place. Waiting to take delivery of what is expected is often accompanied with pain but whenever delivery comes, then comes joy. **Proverbs 13:13(CNT)** When hope is crushed, the heart is crushed, but A WISH COME TRUE FILLS YOU WITH JOY. **Proverbs 13:12 (CEV)** Not getting what you want can break your heart, but a wish that comes true is a life-giving tree. Whenever our wishes come true what follows is joy. Joy is packaged with fulfilment of wishes. **Proverbs 13:19** The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul...... A longing fulfilled is sweet to the soul... (NIV) It is pleasant to see dreams come true.... (NLT) It is a good feeling to get what you want.... (CEV) The Bible verse cited above also shows that wishes, desires, expectation, HOPE, dreams and longings are seeds and their deliveries likened to an harvest accompanied with joy. **Psalms 4:7** Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased. **Isaiah 9:3** Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: THEY JOY BEFORE THEE ACCORDING TO THE JOY IN HARVEST , and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. **Jeremiah 48:33** AND JOY AND GLADNESS IS TAKEN FROM THE PLENTIFUL FIELD , and from the land of Moab; and I have caused wine to fail from the winepresses: none shall tread with shouting; their shouting shall be no shouting. The scriptures cited above are pointers to the truth that accompanying every season of harvest is joy. In addition, delivery is also synonymous with childbirth. At the point of birth, pain comes upon a woman carrying pregnancy in order to travail. As the woman travails in pain, the baby is born, she forgets her pain for the joy of giving birth to a new baby. **John 16:21** A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, FOR JOY THAT A MAN IS BORN into the world. Giving birth is taking delivery of expected baby(ies). Moresc, receiving answers to prayers is another way we take delivery in God's kingdom. **John 16:24** Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and YE SHALL RECEIVE , THAT YOUR JOY MAY BE FULL. Answered prayers spring up fullness of joy among the Saints of God. There is fullness of joy in the presence of God (Psalms 16:11) because it is the place of answered prayers, where the impossible becomes possible. Soul winning is another means by which joy is sprung up in the kingdom of God. **Luke 15:7** I say unto you, that likewise JOY SHALL BE IN HEAVEN OVER ONE SINNER THAT REPENTETH , more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. The harvests of souls is accompanied with joy. Further more, in the light of the above, it must also be understood that the kingdom of God is a kingdom of sowers. No one has the hope of an harvest unless seed has been sown. **Genesis 8:22** While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest...... shall not cease. Our heavenly Father is a farmer, a sower of seeds (Matthew 13:3-9).As true sons of our Father, it is expected of us to be sowers of seed to the end that we might take deliveries of harvests in due seasons. **Galatians 6:9** And let us not be weary in well doing: for IN DUE SEASON WE SHALL REAP , if we faint not. The joy of delivery is the reserve of those who sow in tears. **Psalms 126:5-6** [5]They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. [6]He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. Only those who sowed in tears are entitled to the joy of harvest. It is only a thief that reaps where he never sowed. IF WE CANNOT PAY THE PRICE OF THE WEEPING / TEARS OF SOWING , WE WILL NEVER WIN THE PRIZE OF THE JOY OF HARVEST. No matter how hard the ground of life is, our seeds has been designed by God to break it. Seed is what will speaks for us where we have no voice. Seeding is a kingdom principle of ground-breaking. In conclusion, joy is a sickle with which we bring in harvest. It is impossible to reap without harvest in place. The Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. We must stay joyful in order to take delivery of what God has for us. **Romans 14:17** For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. As citizens of God's kingdom, the Holy Spirit has been given to us to bear the fruit of joy in us right from the moment of our salvation (Psalms 51:11-12; Galatians 5:22). As we engage the Holy Spirit within us, we begin to draw water from the wells of salvation (Isaiah 12:1-3). Failure to rejoice in the God of our salvation is an open invitation to locusts to invade our field. As from this day, may we rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory, by the Spirit of God, in Jesus Precious name. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** I am in the kingdom of God and the kingdom of God is in my heart. Therefore, righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost dwells in me. The Spirit of God is on the inside of me. The Spirit of God bears the fruit of joy in my heart. Rivers of joy flows out of my heart by the Holy Spirit. By the Spirit of God settle my desires and expectations are fulfilled. I asked, I received and my joy is full, in the name of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah

Liberation from the stronghold of unbelief
liberation from the stronghold of unbelief

LIBERATION is liberty, freedom or emancipation from whatever or whoever is holding anything or anyone bound by a power or force superior to the binder. A STRONGHOLD is a compound word from strong and hold. It comes from any strength exerted in binding two or more things or people together firmly. Stronghold is the power or bond that is keeping a thing or person in place firmly against other opposing forces. A STRONGHOLD is a place of strength to any opinion, thought, imagination, argument , mindset, or a belief system. STRONGHOLD is a place of fortification, thus giving security and survival to the things named above. A stronghold is a fortress. UNBELIEF is the expression of distrust, negativity, cynicism, incredulity and skepticism in matters pertaining to God, especially His word. One of the effects of the fall of man is unbelief occasioned by man relying primarily on his five physical senses for direction instead on the leading of the Holy Spirit. Man became natural (ruled by senses and the dictates of the flesh) instead of being supernatural. Man's reliance on his natural instincts is the root of unbelief. It is impossible for the natural man to receive the things of the Spirit of God because they are not sensually discerned but spiritually discerned. (1 Corinthians 2:14). Man believes his natural senses and not in the things of the Spirit of God. This is the foundation of unbelief. In essence, UNBELIEF IS A FORTIFIED PLACE OF ANY BELIEF SYSTEM contrary to God . Every unbelief is sponsored or triggered by a belief system. UNBELIEF IS A STRONG PATTERN OF A WRONG BELIEF SYSTEM. Any system of belief that is not funded by the Word of God is unbelief. Whatever stands in opposition or is contradictory to the word of God is an unbelief. **AT REDEMPTION :** (1) Man was born again by the Word of God. **1 Peter 1:23** Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever . (2) Commanded to feed on God's word as newly born in Christ for growth. **1 Peter 2:2** As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: (3) Abide in the word or continually live by the Word. **Deuteronomy 8:3** ..... man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. **Matthew 4:4** But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. **John 15:7** If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. (4) Generates faith by dwelling on God's word. **Romans 10:14,17** [14] How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and HOW SHALL THEY BELIEVE IN HIM OF WHOM THEY HAVE NOT HEARD ? and how shall they hear without a preacher? [17] So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (5) Grows faith by God's word. **2 Thessalonians 1:3** ..... your faith growth exceedingly...... **1 Peter 2:2** As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of THE WORD , THAT YE MAY GROW THEREBY : (6)Mental transformation by the renewing of our minds in our new belief system in Jesus Christ, by God's word . **Romans 12:2** [2]And be not conformed to this world: but BE YE TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF YOUR MIND , that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. **Colossians 3:10** [10]And have put on the new man, WHICH IS RENEWED IN KNOWLEDGE after the image of him that created him: In summary, the belief system of believers in Christ are founded on renewed mind by the Word of God while the belief system of unbelievers are founded on derived from sources such as the flesh, the world and evil spirits. Whatever thought, culture, tradition, imagination and opinions not founded on God's word is an unbelief. **DANGERS OF UNBELIEF.** The dangers of unbelieve are as follows, among others. (1) Blindness/hardness of the mind and heart: LACK OF SPIRITUAL PERCEPTION. (Mat 19:8; Mk 3:5; Mk 10:5; Mk 16:14; 2 Cor 3:14; 2Cor 4:4; Eph 4:18; 2Pet 1:9; 1Jn 2:11 (2) Unbelief sponsors blasphemy, persecution, injury to the cause of Christ due to ignorance in the things of God (1Tim 1:13; Act 3:17; Act 26:9; Heb 6:4-8) (3) Unbelief is evil/sinful in God's sight. It is a departure from the living God. (Rom 14:23; Heb 3:12;Heb 12:25; Job 21:14; Ps 18:21; Isa 59:13) (4) Unbelief debars entrance into God's promised rest. (Heb 3:18-19; Heb 4:6,11) (5) Unbelief hinders establishment/stability ( Isa 7:9; 2Chr 20:20; Rom 11:20; 1Jn 5:10) (6) When we doubt, we call God a liar (1Jn 5:10; 1Jn 1:10; Job 24:25; Jer 15:18; Jn 3:33; Jn 5:38) (7) Unbelief hinders the mighty works of God. (Mat 13:58; Mat 17:15-21; Mk 6:5-6) In conclusion, having realised some of the dangers inherent in unbelief, it is imperative on us to deal decisively with it. The believer in Christ must intentional renews his mind by dwelling daily on God's word (Romans 12:2; John 15:7 ; 1Peter 2:2; Psalms 1:1-3; Joshua 1:8).As we dwell on God's word everyday, the word of God begins to shatters every strongholds in our minds. **2 Corinthians 10:4-6** [4]For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds, [5][Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One), [6]Being in readiness to punish every [insubordinate for his] disobedience, when your own submission and obedience [as a church] are fully secured and complete. The old mindset of the believer in Christ is in opposition to the new mindset. The way out of the old it is to keep updating our minds with the Word of God to the end that our new status in Christ might be experienced. The word of God is the believers weapon of liberation from the stronghold of unbelief. Nothing is possible to anyone living in unbelief. However, by believing in the word of God, all things are possible. The word of God is the believers all round possibilities. Until unbelief is conquered on the authority of God's word, nothing is ever possible. WE CANNOT BECAUSE OF UNBELIEF IN God's WORD. WE CAN BECAUSE WE BELIEVE God's WORD. Do have a week of all-round possibilities, in the name of Jesus Christ. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** I am a believer in Christ Jesus from my heart of hearts. I yield my heart in obedience to what God has written in His word. I refuse to cultivate evil heart of unbelief through the enemy's lies. By my faith in the truth of God's word, I can do all things in accordance with God's word. Nothing in God's word concerning me shall be withheld from me or denied me . All things are possible unto me.

I CAN DO ALL THINGS : ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE UNTO ME
i can do all things : all things are possible unto me

Inherent in everyone is the potential to get ALL THINGS done in line with God's purpose, right from creation. Man can do all things and all things are possible unto him within the jurisdiction of the abilities wired into him at creation. The true purpose of man is revealed with the discovery, utilisation and maximisation of his potentials. POTENTIALS ARE DIVINE ABILITIES INHERENT IN MAN. POTENTIALS ARE DIVINE DEPOSITS OF DIVINE ABILITIES IN MAN. In other words potentials are what man is capable of doing but has not yet done. Man can do all things and all things are possible within the confines of his potentials. **Jeremiah 1:5** Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Potentials are given or deposited for what one has been sanctified and ordained for; that is, purpose. **Galatians 1:15** But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, It is potential that separates man into what he can do. For example, the ability for receiving and delivering prophecy to the nations was given to Jeremiah from the mother's womb. Divine ability for prophecy has been wired into him before conception. Further more, no man created himself with a purpose ; it is God who created all men and separated them into their purposes. In the light of this, it is imperative on man to unite with God, discover himself, finds his potentials and uses it to fulfil God's purpose. No man living in isolation from God can finds his potentials and use them to fulfil God's purpose. It is notJeremiah 10:23 O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not given to man to be independent of God. **Jeremiah 10:23** O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps. Despite the divine deposits of divine abilities in man, man is not at liberty to operates outside of God. It is expected that man works in partnership with God in order to discover himself and to use God's divine abilities in him to fulfil God's plans and purposes. **HOW MAN PARTNERS WITH GOD TO FULFILL PURPOSE.** (a) Encounter with God, his maker. God finds man and cause man to know Him as his creator. **Judges 6:11-14** [11]And there came an angel of the LORD, and sat under an oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained unto Joash the Abiezrite: and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites. [12]And THE ANGEL OF THE LORD APPEARED UNTO HIM , and said unto him, THE LORD IS WITH THEE , thou mighty man of valour. [13]And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but now the LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites. [14]And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee? Man will discover God, himself and his divine abilities at the place of encounter with God. The place of divine encounter is the place of self-discovery. (b) God becomes the God of the ones encountered (Eze 11:20; Eze 14: 11; Eze 36:28) (c) God dwelling among His people (Eze 37:27; 2Cor 6:16; Zec 2:10; Exo 29:10; 1Cor 3:16"; Eph 3: 17; Rev 21:3) (d) God walks/ moves among His people (2Cor 6:16; Dt 23:14; Lev 26:12) (e) God works on the inside of His people, making them willing and doing His purposes (Phil 2:13; Heb 13:20-21; 1Kgs 8:58; 1Chr 29:14-18) (f) God is with His people to do His works (Matt 1:23; Jn 3:2; Acts 10: 38; Gen 39:2, 21; Gen 21:22; Gen 26:24) (g) God is for / on the sides of His people. Nothing can withstand them. (Romans 8:31; Num 14:8; Ps 118:6; Jer 20:11) The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the communion of the Holy Spirit are what makes man a formidable force on the earth. The strength of any man is in his partnership with God. (1) God can do all things. **Job 42:2** know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. It is man's knowledge of the ability of God that strengthens man to overcome personal limitations and to do exploits (Daniel 11:32). (2) Nothing is possible in the strength of man alone. All things are possible with God. **Matthew 19:26** But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. (3) Nothing is impossible with God. **Luke 1:37** For with God nothing shall be impossible. (4) The man who is joined with God can do all things, through God. **1 Corinthians 6:17** But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. The ability of God to do all things is in anyone that is connected to Him. As nothing can stops God, nothing can stops him. (5) To the man who believes in God and what God can do, there is no impossibility. **Mark 9:23** Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Whatever God can do can be done through any man whose faith is in God. In conclusion, as we go in the might of these revelations, there is no telling what God can do in and through us. We can do all things and all things are possible unto us because we are one with God who is able to do all things. May we see God's power and glory where men thought nothing could be done, in the name of Jesus Christ. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** I am the offspring of the Almighty God and joint-heirs with Christ. The able God dwells in me, walks and works in me to will and do His good pleasure. Whatever cannot stops God cannot stops me. I do nothing by myself but I do all things by the power of God resident on the inside of me. All things are possible unto God and all things are possible unto me.

CELEBRATING THE UNFAILING AND THE INFALLIBLE WORD OF GOD
celebrating the unfailing and the infallible word of god

Whoever is good is good because his word is Good. Every good heart will always gives out good word and vice versa. The goodness of anyone is a measure of the good word that proceeds out of his heart. If we are good, it will show from the word bank of our hearts. **Matthew 12:34-35** [34]O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. [35]A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. Good words are functions of good hearts. It is the nature of the words (good or evil) stored up in the heart that determines the status of the heart (good or evil). The God we serve is a good God because His words are good. God is good : **Psalms 34:8** O taste and see that THE LORD IS GOOD : blessed is the man that trusteth in him. The word of God is good : **Hebrews 6:5** And have tasted THE GOOD WORD OF GOD , and the powers of the world to come, In as much as God is good and His word is good, His works are also good. **Psalms 119:68** Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes. The only work God does is good because He is good and His Word is good. The good word of the LORD is the pacesetter for His good work. Every time God wants to do His good work, He does so in keeping with His good word. In essence what God actually does is making His word good. Although, man's words are either good or evil because of the fallen nature (Matthew 12:34-35).However, both God and His Word are eternally good. No sin nature is potent enough to bend God and His Word. It is possible for man to speak good words but be bereft of power to bring it to pass. Nevertheless, this is not the case with God as He has the power to speak and to also brings it to pass. All men are liars as far as the power for performance of his spoken word is concerned. Man at his best is a liar for lacking in potency of making His words good. **Psalms 116:11** I said in my haste, ALL MEN ARE LIARS . On the flip side, God is not a man. God and man are not in the same cadre when it comes to spoken words and making words good. **Numbers 23:19** God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or HATH HE SPOKEN , AND SHALL HE NOT MAKE IT GOOD ? God is good by nature, good in words, good in workings and He is all powerful. He is capable of doing what He has spoken. God has a track records of keeping His words unlike man. **Romans 3:4** God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar...... Where man fails to honour his words, God is true and faithful in keeping His words. Man is capable of saying it but lacking in will and power to fulfil it but God is true to His Word, faithful to His word, willing to do His words and has power to make His word good. God and His Word never fail. God is the only one with the titles : FAITHFUL AND TRUE . **Revelation 19:11** [11]And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was CALLED FAITHFUL AND TRUE...... . God is faithful and true and His words are also faithful and true . **Revelation 21:5** ...... Write: for these words are TRUE AND FAITHFUL . God's word is faithful and true and as a result, God's word never fails. Whereas every other thing may fails, the word of God never fails in any given circumstance. **Joshua 21:45** There FAILED NOT OUGHT OF ANY GOOD THING WHICH THE LORD HAD SPOKEN unto the house of Israel; all came to pass. This is proof that God's word is unfailing and infallible. On this note, the good word of God spoken to us makes us celebrate and praise God, once spoken. We praise God for His Word. **Psalms 56:4,10** [4]In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. [10]In God will I praise his word: in the LORD will I praise his word. We praise or celebrate God for His words are unfailing and infallible. If God has spoken it, it will come to pass. God has spoken into our past, present and future, it behoves us to celebrate Him for the words we have received out of His mouth. **WHY PRAISE AND CELEBRATE GOD FOR HIS WORD ?** We celebrate God's word because of the natures of His word among which are : (1) The word of God is immutable (Ps 119:89; Isa 40 :8) (2) God's word is eternal. It endures forever ; standing firm despite the passing of time (1 Peter 1:25; Isa 40:8). **VIRTUES / FEATURES OF God's WORD.** (1) God's word is faithful (Ps 119:86; 2Tim 2:13) (2) The word of God is true (Jn 17:17; Ps 119:160) (3) God's word is reliable and dependable ( Ps 119:86; Pro 30 :5) (4) The word of the LORD is trustworthy (Ps 71:1) (5) God's word is enduring (Mat 24:35; Ps 119:89 ; Isa 59:21) (6) It is living and active (Heb 4:12) (7) It is effective (Isa 55:11) (8) God's word is transformative (Rom 12:1-2; 2Cor 3:18) (9) The word of God is powerful (Heb 4:12) (10) The Word of God is inspirational (2Tim 3:16; 2Pet 1::21) (11) It is inerrant (Ps 119:160 ;Jn 17:17) (12) God's word is infallible (Isa 55:11; Matt 5:18) (13) The word of God is authority (Mat 5:18;Jn 10 :35; 2Tim 3:16-17) (14) God's word is sufficient (2 Pet 1:3-4) (15) Ever-relevant (Heb 13:8) (16) God's word is life-giving (Jn 6:63; Heb 4:12) (17) It is prophetic (Isa 46:9-10; Mat 5:17-18; Amos 3:7) (18) The word of God is perfect (Ps19:7; Ps 111: 7) (19) It is pure and precious (Ps 12:6; Ps 119:140) (20) God's word is Spirit (Jn 6:63) In conclusion, based on the above discoveries on the virtues in God's word, it is imperative on us to praise and celebrate God. **Jeremiah 15:16** Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts. The moment God's word is found, joy and rejoicing should be triggered in our lives, even before physical manifestations. **Psalms 119:162** I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil. We owe God the duty of rejoicing at His Word more than the mountain of prey. God's word is more precious than anything that one could ever desire. May the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God falls on us afresh, in Jesus Precious name. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** God and His Word are the same. God works in me and with me by His Word. God never fails and His word never fails. God's word is as potent as God. I celebrate the unfailing and the infallible words of God being fully persuaded that what God has spoken He is able also to perform. I found God's words, I feed on them and they became the joy and the rejoicing of my heart. Hallelujah
