UNDERSTANDING THE JOY OF DELIVERY
understanding the joy of delivery

The final destination or the end point of every hope, expectation, desires and long is delivery. In-between everything that is hoped for, desired and expected is a waiting time. Waiting time always comes with pain. However, by delivery comes the end of waiting. DELIVERY IS THE TERMINATION OF WAITING TIME. Waiting time is not over until delivery takes place. Waiting to take delivery of what is expected is often accompanied with pain but whenever delivery comes, then comes joy. **Proverbs 13:13(CNT)** When hope is crushed, the heart is crushed, but A WISH COME TRUE FILLS YOU WITH JOY. **Proverbs 13:12 (CEV)** Not getting what you want can break your heart, but a wish that comes true is a life-giving tree. Whenever our wishes come true what follows is joy. Joy is packaged with fulfilment of wishes. **Proverbs 13:19** The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul...... A longing fulfilled is sweet to the soul... (NIV) It is pleasant to see dreams come true.... (NLT) It is a good feeling to get what you want.... (CEV) The Bible verse cited above also shows that wishes, desires, expectation, HOPE, dreams and longings are seeds and their deliveries likened to an harvest accompanied with joy. **Psalms 4:7** Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased. **Isaiah 9:3** Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: THEY JOY BEFORE THEE ACCORDING TO THE JOY IN HARVEST , and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. **Jeremiah 48:33** AND JOY AND GLADNESS IS TAKEN FROM THE PLENTIFUL FIELD , and from the land of Moab; and I have caused wine to fail from the winepresses: none shall tread with shouting; their shouting shall be no shouting. The scriptures cited above are pointers to the truth that accompanying every season of harvest is joy. In addition, delivery is also synonymous with childbirth. At the point of birth, pain comes upon a woman carrying pregnancy in order to travail. As the woman travails in pain, the baby is born, she forgets her pain for the joy of giving birth to a new baby. **John 16:21** A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, FOR JOY THAT A MAN IS BORN into the world. Giving birth is taking delivery of expected baby(ies). Moresc, receiving answers to prayers is another way we take delivery in God's kingdom. **John 16:24** Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and YE SHALL RECEIVE , THAT YOUR JOY MAY BE FULL. Answered prayers spring up fullness of joy among the Saints of God. There is fullness of joy in the presence of God (Psalms 16:11) because it is the place of answered prayers, where the impossible becomes possible. Soul winning is another means by which joy is sprung up in the kingdom of God. **Luke 15:7** I say unto you, that likewise JOY SHALL BE IN HEAVEN OVER ONE SINNER THAT REPENTETH , more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. The harvests of souls is accompanied with joy. Further more, in the light of the above, it must also be understood that the kingdom of God is a kingdom of sowers. No one has the hope of an harvest unless seed has been sown. **Genesis 8:22** While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest...... shall not cease. Our heavenly Father is a farmer, a sower of seeds (Matthew 13:3-9).As true sons of our Father, it is expected of us to be sowers of seed to the end that we might take deliveries of harvests in due seasons. **Galatians 6:9** And let us not be weary in well doing: for IN DUE SEASON WE SHALL REAP , if we faint not. The joy of delivery is the reserve of those who sow in tears. **Psalms 126:5-6** [5]They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. [6]He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. Only those who sowed in tears are entitled to the joy of harvest. It is only a thief that reaps where he never sowed. IF WE CANNOT PAY THE PRICE OF THE WEEPING / TEARS OF SOWING , WE WILL NEVER WIN THE PRIZE OF THE JOY OF HARVEST. No matter how hard the ground of life is, our seeds has been designed by God to break it. Seed is what will speaks for us where we have no voice. Seeding is a kingdom principle of ground-breaking. In conclusion, joy is a sickle with which we bring in harvest. It is impossible to reap without harvest in place. The Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. We must stay joyful in order to take delivery of what God has for us. **Romans 14:17** For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. As citizens of God's kingdom, the Holy Spirit has been given to us to bear the fruit of joy in us right from the moment of our salvation (Psalms 51:11-12; Galatians 5:22). As we engage the Holy Spirit within us, we begin to draw water from the wells of salvation (Isaiah 12:1-3). Failure to rejoice in the God of our salvation is an open invitation to locusts to invade our field. As from this day, may we rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory, by the Spirit of God, in Jesus Precious name. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** I am in the kingdom of God and the kingdom of God is in my heart. Therefore, righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost dwells in me. The Spirit of God is on the inside of me. The Spirit of God bears the fruit of joy in my heart. Rivers of joy flows out of my heart by the Holy Spirit. By the Spirit of God settle my desires and expectations are fulfilled. I asked, I received and my joy is full, in the name of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah

Liberation from the stronghold of unbelief
liberation from the stronghold of unbelief

LIBERATION is liberty, freedom or emancipation from whatever or whoever is holding anything or anyone bound by a power or force superior to the binder. A STRONGHOLD is a compound word from strong and hold. It comes from any strength exerted in binding two or more things or people together firmly. Stronghold is the power or bond that is keeping a thing or person in place firmly against other opposing forces. A STRONGHOLD is a place of strength to any opinion, thought, imagination, argument , mindset, or a belief system. STRONGHOLD is a place of fortification, thus giving security and survival to the things named above. A stronghold is a fortress. UNBELIEF is the expression of distrust, negativity, cynicism, incredulity and skepticism in matters pertaining to God, especially His word. One of the effects of the fall of man is unbelief occasioned by man relying primarily on his five physical senses for direction instead on the leading of the Holy Spirit. Man became natural (ruled by senses and the dictates of the flesh) instead of being supernatural. Man's reliance on his natural instincts is the root of unbelief. It is impossible for the natural man to receive the things of the Spirit of God because they are not sensually discerned but spiritually discerned. (1 Corinthians 2:14). Man believes his natural senses and not in the things of the Spirit of God. This is the foundation of unbelief. In essence, UNBELIEF IS A FORTIFIED PLACE OF ANY BELIEF SYSTEM contrary to God . Every unbelief is sponsored or triggered by a belief system. UNBELIEF IS A STRONG PATTERN OF A WRONG BELIEF SYSTEM. Any system of belief that is not funded by the Word of God is unbelief. Whatever stands in opposition or is contradictory to the word of God is an unbelief. **AT REDEMPTION :** (1) Man was born again by the Word of God. **1 Peter 1:23** Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever . (2) Commanded to feed on God's word as newly born in Christ for growth. **1 Peter 2:2** As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: (3) Abide in the word or continually live by the Word. **Deuteronomy 8:3** ..... man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. **Matthew 4:4** But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. **John 15:7** If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. (4) Generates faith by dwelling on God's word. **Romans 10:14,17** [14] How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and HOW SHALL THEY BELIEVE IN HIM OF WHOM THEY HAVE NOT HEARD ? and how shall they hear without a preacher? [17] So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (5) Grows faith by God's word. **2 Thessalonians 1:3** ..... your faith growth exceedingly...... **1 Peter 2:2** As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of THE WORD , THAT YE MAY GROW THEREBY : (6)Mental transformation by the renewing of our minds in our new belief system in Jesus Christ, by God's word . **Romans 12:2** [2]And be not conformed to this world: but BE YE TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF YOUR MIND , that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. **Colossians 3:10** [10]And have put on the new man, WHICH IS RENEWED IN KNOWLEDGE after the image of him that created him: In summary, the belief system of believers in Christ are founded on renewed mind by the Word of God while the belief system of unbelievers are founded on derived from sources such as the flesh, the world and evil spirits. Whatever thought, culture, tradition, imagination and opinions not founded on God's word is an unbelief. **DANGERS OF UNBELIEF.** The dangers of unbelieve are as follows, among others. (1) Blindness/hardness of the mind and heart: LACK OF SPIRITUAL PERCEPTION. (Mat 19:8; Mk 3:5; Mk 10:5; Mk 16:14; 2 Cor 3:14; 2Cor 4:4; Eph 4:18; 2Pet 1:9; 1Jn 2:11 (2) Unbelief sponsors blasphemy, persecution, injury to the cause of Christ due to ignorance in the things of God (1Tim 1:13; Act 3:17; Act 26:9; Heb 6:4-8) (3) Unbelief is evil/sinful in God's sight. It is a departure from the living God. (Rom 14:23; Heb 3:12;Heb 12:25; Job 21:14; Ps 18:21; Isa 59:13) (4) Unbelief debars entrance into God's promised rest. (Heb 3:18-19; Heb 4:6,11) (5) Unbelief hinders establishment/stability ( Isa 7:9; 2Chr 20:20; Rom 11:20; 1Jn 5:10) (6) When we doubt, we call God a liar (1Jn 5:10; 1Jn 1:10; Job 24:25; Jer 15:18; Jn 3:33; Jn 5:38) (7) Unbelief hinders the mighty works of God. (Mat 13:58; Mat 17:15-21; Mk 6:5-6) In conclusion, having realised some of the dangers inherent in unbelief, it is imperative on us to deal decisively with it. The believer in Christ must intentional renews his mind by dwelling daily on God's word (Romans 12:2; John 15:7 ; 1Peter 2:2; Psalms 1:1-3; Joshua 1:8).As we dwell on God's word everyday, the word of God begins to shatters every strongholds in our minds. **2 Corinthians 10:4-6** [4]For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds, [5][Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One), [6]Being in readiness to punish every [insubordinate for his] disobedience, when your own submission and obedience [as a church] are fully secured and complete. The old mindset of the believer in Christ is in opposition to the new mindset. The way out of the old it is to keep updating our minds with the Word of God to the end that our new status in Christ might be experienced. The word of God is the believers weapon of liberation from the stronghold of unbelief. Nothing is possible to anyone living in unbelief. However, by believing in the word of God, all things are possible. The word of God is the believers all round possibilities. Until unbelief is conquered on the authority of God's word, nothing is ever possible. WE CANNOT BECAUSE OF UNBELIEF IN God's WORD. WE CAN BECAUSE WE BELIEVE God's WORD. Do have a week of all-round possibilities, in the name of Jesus Christ. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** I am a believer in Christ Jesus from my heart of hearts. I yield my heart in obedience to what God has written in His word. I refuse to cultivate evil heart of unbelief through the enemy's lies. By my faith in the truth of God's word, I can do all things in accordance with God's word. Nothing in God's word concerning me shall be withheld from me or denied me . All things are possible unto me.

I CAN DO ALL THINGS : ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE UNTO ME
i can do all things : all things are possible unto me

Inherent in everyone is the potential to get ALL THINGS done in line with God's purpose, right from creation. Man can do all things and all things are possible unto him within the jurisdiction of the abilities wired into him at creation. The true purpose of man is revealed with the discovery, utilisation and maximisation of his potentials. POTENTIALS ARE DIVINE ABILITIES INHERENT IN MAN. POTENTIALS ARE DIVINE DEPOSITS OF DIVINE ABILITIES IN MAN. In other words potentials are what man is capable of doing but has not yet done. Man can do all things and all things are possible within the confines of his potentials. **Jeremiah 1:5** Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Potentials are given or deposited for what one has been sanctified and ordained for; that is, purpose. **Galatians 1:15** But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, It is potential that separates man into what he can do. For example, the ability for receiving and delivering prophecy to the nations was given to Jeremiah from the mother's womb. Divine ability for prophecy has been wired into him before conception. Further more, no man created himself with a purpose ; it is God who created all men and separated them into their purposes. In the light of this, it is imperative on man to unite with God, discover himself, finds his potentials and uses it to fulfil God's purpose. No man living in isolation from God can finds his potentials and use them to fulfil God's purpose. It is notJeremiah 10:23 O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not given to man to be independent of God. **Jeremiah 10:23** O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps. Despite the divine deposits of divine abilities in man, man is not at liberty to operates outside of God. It is expected that man works in partnership with God in order to discover himself and to use God's divine abilities in him to fulfil God's plans and purposes. **HOW MAN PARTNERS WITH GOD TO FULFILL PURPOSE.** (a) Encounter with God, his maker. God finds man and cause man to know Him as his creator. **Judges 6:11-14** [11]And there came an angel of the LORD, and sat under an oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained unto Joash the Abiezrite: and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites. [12]And THE ANGEL OF THE LORD APPEARED UNTO HIM , and said unto him, THE LORD IS WITH THEE , thou mighty man of valour. [13]And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but now the LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites. [14]And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee? Man will discover God, himself and his divine abilities at the place of encounter with God. The place of divine encounter is the place of self-discovery. (b) God becomes the God of the ones encountered (Eze 11:20; Eze 14: 11; Eze 36:28) (c) God dwelling among His people (Eze 37:27; 2Cor 6:16; Zec 2:10; Exo 29:10; 1Cor 3:16"; Eph 3: 17; Rev 21:3) (d) God walks/ moves among His people (2Cor 6:16; Dt 23:14; Lev 26:12) (e) God works on the inside of His people, making them willing and doing His purposes (Phil 2:13; Heb 13:20-21; 1Kgs 8:58; 1Chr 29:14-18) (f) God is with His people to do His works (Matt 1:23; Jn 3:2; Acts 10: 38; Gen 39:2, 21; Gen 21:22; Gen 26:24) (g) God is for / on the sides of His people. Nothing can withstand them. (Romans 8:31; Num 14:8; Ps 118:6; Jer 20:11) The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the communion of the Holy Spirit are what makes man a formidable force on the earth. The strength of any man is in his partnership with God. (1) God can do all things. **Job 42:2** know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. It is man's knowledge of the ability of God that strengthens man to overcome personal limitations and to do exploits (Daniel 11:32). (2) Nothing is possible in the strength of man alone. All things are possible with God. **Matthew 19:26** But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. (3) Nothing is impossible with God. **Luke 1:37** For with God nothing shall be impossible. (4) The man who is joined with God can do all things, through God. **1 Corinthians 6:17** But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. The ability of God to do all things is in anyone that is connected to Him. As nothing can stops God, nothing can stops him. (5) To the man who believes in God and what God can do, there is no impossibility. **Mark 9:23** Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. Whatever God can do can be done through any man whose faith is in God. In conclusion, as we go in the might of these revelations, there is no telling what God can do in and through us. We can do all things and all things are possible unto us because we are one with God who is able to do all things. May we see God's power and glory where men thought nothing could be done, in the name of Jesus Christ. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** I am the offspring of the Almighty God and joint-heirs with Christ. The able God dwells in me, walks and works in me to will and do His good pleasure. Whatever cannot stops God cannot stops me. I do nothing by myself but I do all things by the power of God resident on the inside of me. All things are possible unto God and all things are possible unto me.

CELEBRATING THE UNFAILING AND THE INFALLIBLE WORD OF GOD
celebrating the unfailing and the infallible word of god

Whoever is good is good because his word is Good. Every good heart will always gives out good word and vice versa. The goodness of anyone is a measure of the good word that proceeds out of his heart. If we are good, it will show from the word bank of our hearts. **Matthew 12:34-35** [34]O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. [35]A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. Good words are functions of good hearts. It is the nature of the words (good or evil) stored up in the heart that determines the status of the heart (good or evil). The God we serve is a good God because His words are good. God is good : **Psalms 34:8** O taste and see that THE LORD IS GOOD : blessed is the man that trusteth in him. The word of God is good : **Hebrews 6:5** And have tasted THE GOOD WORD OF GOD , and the powers of the world to come, In as much as God is good and His word is good, His works are also good. **Psalms 119:68** Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes. The only work God does is good because He is good and His Word is good. The good word of the LORD is the pacesetter for His good work. Every time God wants to do His good work, He does so in keeping with His good word. In essence what God actually does is making His word good. Although, man's words are either good or evil because of the fallen nature (Matthew 12:34-35).However, both God and His Word are eternally good. No sin nature is potent enough to bend God and His Word. It is possible for man to speak good words but be bereft of power to bring it to pass. Nevertheless, this is not the case with God as He has the power to speak and to also brings it to pass. All men are liars as far as the power for performance of his spoken word is concerned. Man at his best is a liar for lacking in potency of making His words good. **Psalms 116:11** I said in my haste, ALL MEN ARE LIARS . On the flip side, God is not a man. God and man are not in the same cadre when it comes to spoken words and making words good. **Numbers 23:19** God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or HATH HE SPOKEN , AND SHALL HE NOT MAKE IT GOOD ? God is good by nature, good in words, good in workings and He is all powerful. He is capable of doing what He has spoken. God has a track records of keeping His words unlike man. **Romans 3:4** God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar...... Where man fails to honour his words, God is true and faithful in keeping His words. Man is capable of saying it but lacking in will and power to fulfil it but God is true to His Word, faithful to His word, willing to do His words and has power to make His word good. God and His Word never fail. God is the only one with the titles : FAITHFUL AND TRUE . **Revelation 19:11** [11]And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was CALLED FAITHFUL AND TRUE...... . God is faithful and true and His words are also faithful and true . **Revelation 21:5** ...... Write: for these words are TRUE AND FAITHFUL . God's word is faithful and true and as a result, God's word never fails. Whereas every other thing may fails, the word of God never fails in any given circumstance. **Joshua 21:45** There FAILED NOT OUGHT OF ANY GOOD THING WHICH THE LORD HAD SPOKEN unto the house of Israel; all came to pass. This is proof that God's word is unfailing and infallible. On this note, the good word of God spoken to us makes us celebrate and praise God, once spoken. We praise God for His Word. **Psalms 56:4,10** [4]In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. [10]In God will I praise his word: in the LORD will I praise his word. We praise or celebrate God for His words are unfailing and infallible. If God has spoken it, it will come to pass. God has spoken into our past, present and future, it behoves us to celebrate Him for the words we have received out of His mouth. **WHY PRAISE AND CELEBRATE GOD FOR HIS WORD ?** We celebrate God's word because of the natures of His word among which are : (1) The word of God is immutable (Ps 119:89; Isa 40 :8) (2) God's word is eternal. It endures forever ; standing firm despite the passing of time (1 Peter 1:25; Isa 40:8). **VIRTUES / FEATURES OF God's WORD.** (1) God's word is faithful (Ps 119:86; 2Tim 2:13) (2) The word of God is true (Jn 17:17; Ps 119:160) (3) God's word is reliable and dependable ( Ps 119:86; Pro 30 :5) (4) The word of the LORD is trustworthy (Ps 71:1) (5) God's word is enduring (Mat 24:35; Ps 119:89 ; Isa 59:21) (6) It is living and active (Heb 4:12) (7) It is effective (Isa 55:11) (8) God's word is transformative (Rom 12:1-2; 2Cor 3:18) (9) The word of God is powerful (Heb 4:12) (10) The Word of God is inspirational (2Tim 3:16; 2Pet 1::21) (11) It is inerrant (Ps 119:160 ;Jn 17:17) (12) God's word is infallible (Isa 55:11; Matt 5:18) (13) The word of God is authority (Mat 5:18;Jn 10 :35; 2Tim 3:16-17) (14) God's word is sufficient (2 Pet 1:3-4) (15) Ever-relevant (Heb 13:8) (16) God's word is life-giving (Jn 6:63; Heb 4:12) (17) It is prophetic (Isa 46:9-10; Mat 5:17-18; Amos 3:7) (18) The word of God is perfect (Ps19:7; Ps 111: 7) (19) It is pure and precious (Ps 12:6; Ps 119:140) (20) God's word is Spirit (Jn 6:63) In conclusion, based on the above discoveries on the virtues in God's word, it is imperative on us to praise and celebrate God. **Jeremiah 15:16** Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts. The moment God's word is found, joy and rejoicing should be triggered in our lives, even before physical manifestations. **Psalms 119:162** I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil. We owe God the duty of rejoicing at His Word more than the mountain of prey. God's word is more precious than anything that one could ever desire. May the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God falls on us afresh, in Jesus Precious name. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** God and His Word are the same. God works in me and with me by His Word. God never fails and His word never fails. God's word is as potent as God. I celebrate the unfailing and the infallible words of God being fully persuaded that what God has spoken He is able also to perform. I found God's words, I feed on them and they became the joy and the rejoicing of my heart. Hallelujah

THE SPIRIT OF LIBERTY
the spirit of liberty

Satan is a binder and when he does, the result is bondage/captivity. (Luke 13:16); he exists to put God's people in bondage and captivity by stealing, killing and destroying (John 10:10). Essentially, the spirit of the devil operates with the sole aim of bringing mankind into bondage to himself. The primary way the devil does this is by sowing the seed of corruption, through sin, into man. Every seed of corruption sown successfully by the devil into the life of any man will yield an harvest of bondage to himself . Until corruption is sown, bondage is not achievable. The bondage of corruption is set in motion by the law of sin and death. The stealing, killing and destroying work of the devil is achieved through the strategy of the law of sin and death. However, the good news to mankind is that Jesus Christ came to undo all the works of bondage the devil did unto mankind. **John 10:10** The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. The devil came for the stealing, the killing and the destruction of all the goods that God has perfected in mankind. Nevertheless, Jesus Christ came to restore all that the devil has stolen, killed or destroyed by giving abundant life to mankind . The abundant life that Jesus offers operates by the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus. The manifestation of Jesus Christ is for the undoing of all the works of the devil. **1 John 3:8** [8]He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. The devil introduced corruption for bringing mankind into bondage but Jesus Christ came on the scene to destroy all his works by bringing liberty. Jesus Christ came to set the captives free. THE DEVIL IS A BONDAGE MAKER ; JESUS CHRIST IS A BONDAGE BREAKER. **Luke 13:12,16** [12]And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, WOMAN , THOU ART LOOSED from thine infirmity. [16]And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, WHOM SATAN HATH BOUND , lo, these eighteen years, BE LOOSED FROM THIS BOND on the sabbath day? Satan binds, Jesus looses. Satan steals, Jesus restores ; satan kills, Jesus makes alive ; satan destroys, Jesus constructs. **WHAT IS THE SPIRIT OF LIBERTY?** (1) The Spirit of liberty is the Holy Spirit upon Jesus Christ, bringing liberty to the captives . **Luke 4:18** THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME , because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, TO SET AT LIBERTY them that are bruised, **Acts 10:38** How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and HEALING ALL THAT WERE OPPRESSED OF THE DEVIL ; for God was with him. (2)The Spirit of liberty is the Spirit of Christ bringing salvation (LIBERATION) to mankind . **Philippians 1:19** For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of THE SPIRIT OF JESUS CHRIST , **Romans 8:9** But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit; if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST , he is none of his. (3) The Spirit of liberty is the Spirit of the Lord. **2 Corinthians 3:17** Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. **Isaiah 61:1** THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD GOD IS UPON ME.... ..... TO PROCLAIM LIBERTY TO THE CAPTIVES , and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; (4) The Spirit of liberty is the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus. **Romans 8:2** For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. (5) God Himself is the Spirit of liberty ; for God is a Spirit. **John 4:24** GOD IS A SPIRIT : and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. **Psalms 18:16** He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters. **Psalms 68:6** [6]God setteth the solitary in families: HE BRINGETH OUT THOSE WHICH ARE BOUND WITH CHAINS : but the rebellious dwell in a dry land. **Psalms 146:7** Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. THE LORD LOOSETH THE PRISONERS : **HOW THE SPIRIT OF LIBERTY WORKS.** The Spirit of liberty is accessed only through Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the way of liberty(John 14:6), the truth that makes free (John 8:32)and the life of liberty (John 10:10; Romans 8:2).No one can access the liberty that is in God except through Jesus Christ. Seeing Jesus Christ is seeing God the Father. **John 14:9** Jesus saith........ . he that hath seen me hath seen the Father.... The Spirit of liberty is wrapped up in Jesus Christ the Son by God the Father. It is as Jesus Christ is revealed that we experience the Spirit of liberty. **SONSHIP AND ADOPTION.** Sonship and adoption through Jesus Christ is the only way designated by God for the liberty of mankind from the bondage of corruption. **Romans 8:15** For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the SPIRIT OF ADOPTION, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit of adoption is the Spirit of liberty. We are no longer slaves to the devil by being adopted as sons into the family of God. We become God's children and the Spirit of adoption is granted to us. **Galatians 4:6** [6]And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. As sons of God, the Spirit of the Son of God, Jesus Christ, is resident on the inside of us. We are no longer owned by the devil, the binder. We now belong to God. The Spirit of liberty sets us free from the devil and gives us access to the liberty that is in Christ. **Romans 8:21** Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. In Christ, we have been delivered from the bondage of corruption ; we are now in the glorious liberty of God's children. We function from our position of glorious liberty by the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus for our glorious destinies. In conclusion, we are called unto liberty in Christ and we live in liberty by the Spirit of Christ. It is our responsibility to stand firm in this liberty and being not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. **Galatians 5:1** Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. We obtain grace to be firm in our liberty in Christ by the Spirit of liberty, in the name of Jesus Christ. ...................................... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** I am no longer in bondage to the law of sin and death ; the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus sets me at liberty. The Spirit of God dwells on the inside of me and where the Spirit of the LORD is, there is liberty. I am have been delivered by the Spirit of the LORD from the bondage of corruption and has been brought into the glorious liberty of the children of God. I see glory and not shame all the days of my life.

CELEBRATING THE GREATNESS AND THE EXCEEDING GREATNESS OF God's POWER
celebrating the greatness and the exceeding greatness of god's power

One of the attributes of God is greatness. Therefore, everything written about God is great. In other words, God is not just great but dwells in greatness and everything He does carries the signature of His greatness. Nothing is mediocrity about God. Everything called God reveals His greatness. Wherever God is mentioned, greatness must be ascribed to Him. One of the reasons God is celebrated is because of who He is : GOD GREAT. Whenever God is celebrated, He must be greatly celebrated. God is great and must be greatly celebrated. God is great and is greatly to be praised. **Psalms 145:3** Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable. The proof of our believe that God is great is to praise or celebrate Him greatly. Praising God the mediocre way shows that we don't believe or we are blind to His greatness. Those who believe that God is great praise Him greatly. God must be greatly praised for He is truly great. Another thing to learn from the scripture above is the fact that God's greatness is unsearchable. **Psalms 145:3** ..... his greatness is unsearchable. The dimensions (height, depth, width and length) of God's greatness are unfathomable. No one can quantifies or search out how great God is. Thus, the greatness of God is unsearchable. In addition, the greatness of God are catalogued in His works. When we see God at work, we see His greatness in display. **Job 5:9** Which DOETH GREAT THINGS and unsearchable; marvellous things without number: The doings of the LORD reveals God's greatness. God is great and is doing great things. God's greatness is seen in the works that He does. God's greatness is not only unsearchable but also excellent. **Psalms 150:2** Praise him for his mighty acts: PRAISE HIM ACCORDING TO HIS EXCELLENT GREATNESS . God's greatness surpasses any kind of greatness known and therefore, God is to be praised or celebrated according to His excellent greatness. Moreover, God works in the affairs of His people to the end that His greatness might be known. The greatness of God are revealed by God's great works. **Exodus 14:31** And Israel saw that GREAT WORK WHICH THE LORD DID upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses. Each time God reveals His great work, God is to be feared (revered) and believed. God ought to be feared and believed and one of the ways He does that is by doing great works for His people. **Psalms 89:7** God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him. The great works of God done in the affairs of His people is to command great reverence for God in the assemblies of His people. Those who knows the greatness of God will reverently worship Him. **GOD IS GREAT IN POWER AND EXCEEDING GREAT IN POWER.** Every great work of God is done either by God's great power or by the exceeding greatness of His power. These are the two dimensions by which God reveals or exerts His power. God's power is great and exceedingly great for great works. It is great and exceedingly great in working. **GREAT POWER.** **Psalms 66:3** Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the GREATNESS OF THY POWER shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee. One of the ways God works is by bringing the enemies of His great works to submission by the exercise of His great power. **Psalms 147:5** Great is our Lord, and of GREAT POWER : his understanding is infinite. God's great power is for the display of His superiority to any known power. We must celebrate God's power as greater in influence than the power of the enemy. **Jeremiah 32:17** Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy GREAT POWER and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee: God's great power is revealed doing the impossible. What is difficult to do in the sight of man becomes possible when God's great power is exerted upon any given difficult situation. This is another reason God must be praised. We celebrate God's great power knowing full well that no situation is too difficult to handle once it is involved. **Nahum 1:3** The LORD is slow to anger, and GREAT IN POWER, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet. This verse reveals that God is not soon angry and at the same time great in power. God defer His anger to make room for the wicked to repent, despite His great power. God combines humility with His great power. God is long suffering towards the wickedness of man by not consuming them with His great power at the slightest provocation. God ought to be celebrated for this. Slow to anger in spite of His great power to do and undo. God's great power also makes way for the believers in the storm of life. God's great power is a calmer of the storm **Psalms 107:29** He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still. God's great power is the calmer and stiller of the storms in our lives. He makes the way for us where there is no way. Let somebody shouts "hallelujah"! **God's EXCEEDING GREAT POWER.** This is the highest realm of God's power to the believers advantage. **Ephesians 1:19** And what is the EXCEEDING GREATNESS OF HIS POWER to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, This is the power exerted in the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. It is power for dominion over death of any kind. (Ephesians 1:20) God's exceeding great power is a far-above-all power given to the believer to subdue and have dominion over all known power. It is power above all names known in any realm. This power is available to the believers in Christ to put all things under their feet (Ephesians 1:21-22). The exceeding great power of God, when exerted on behalf of the believers in Christ, is for bringing to fulfilment the exceeding great and precious promises of God (2 Peter 1:3-4). It will takes the exercise of the exceeding great power of God through faith to see divine promises fulfilled. Finally, the exceeding great power of God is for doing exceedingly abundantly and above all the believers in Christ could pray for or think (Ephesians 3:20).It is the wielding of this order of power that makes all things possible to the believer. We must therefore bear this in mind that God is exceeding and abundant in power than any other power available to assail us. We are more than conquerors by the availability of this power in our favour. This underscores the need to praise and celebrate God for His exceeding great power. In conclusion, God is great (Psalms 48:1) , great in power (Psalms 145:3) and much more, exceeding great in power (Ephesians 1:19). It is by the working of His power that great things are done for us and we become great in life. **1 Chronicles 29:11-12** [11]Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power...... [12]...... in thine hand it is to make great...... God is great and by His power we become great. This is why celebrating God's greatness, His great power and exceeding great power must conditions our atmospheres at all time. We receive the garments of praise for ceaseless praise to God, in the name of Jesus Christ. Hearty congratulations. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** God is great and is greatly to be praised. The Almighty God has done great thing for me by His great power. The great God has brought to pass His exceeding great and precious promises by His exceeding great power. Therefore, I celebrate His greatness and His exceeding great power in my life and affairs. Hallelujah!

THE MANIFESTATION OF God's GREAT AND EXCEEDING GREAT POWER
the manifestation of god's great and exceeding great power

One of the attributes of God is greatness. True and genuine greatness lies with God. Nothing is truly great unless it is rooted in God. Everything written about God is greatness. God is therefore the source of anyone / anything called great. **1 Chronicles 29:11** Thine, O LORD, is the greatness...... God is the source of true and genuine greatness. All true greatness are sourced in God. **1 Chronicles 29:12** ..... in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great...... Power for greatness and to confer greatness comes from God. It is therefore the manifestation of God's power that is behind anyone or anything great. Greatness in motion is God's power in action. Wherever and whenever greatness is in display, God's power is in manifestation. Behind every great word of God is God's power. When great works are being showed forth, great power is being displayed. Further more, two major things describe God's power in the Bible : God's great power and the exceeding greatness of God's power. This brings us to the conclusion that God is great, His power is great and exceedingly great. (1) God's great power. **Psalms 147:5** GREAT IS OUR LORD, AND OF GREAT POWER : his understanding is infinite. God is great and great in power. Whenever God's great power goes to work, great works are produced. All great works are rooted in God's great power. **Psalms 111:2** THE WORKS OF THE LORD ARE GREAT, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein. All great works are fashioned by great power. God's power is great in manifestation or is greatly manifested. (2) The exceeding greatness of God's power. God's power is not only great in manifestation but also exceedingly great in manifestation. This is God's power at its peak. The exceeding greatness of God's power is the zenith of God's power or God's power at the most superior cadre. It is the power that can veto any opposing power. It is not subject to any other power. **Ephesians 1:19** And what is the EXCEEDING GREATNESS OF HIS POWER to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, This is power that surpasses, transcends, excels, and is beyond any known power. It is the most superior power. **THE SIGNIFICANCE OF God's GREAT AND EXCEEDING GREAT POWER.** Whenever God's great and exceeding great power are in manifestations, significant things occur. Power is the capacity to effect change. Nothing change until the power component is involved. These are few of the significant things that occur when God's great and exceeding great power come to play. (1) It is the power to be great, be very great and exceedingly great. **1 Chronicles 29:12** .... and in thine hand it is to make great.... (a) ABRAHAM was great. God's great power is the power to be greatly blessed. **Genesis 24:34-35** And he said, I am Abraham's servant. [35]And the LORD hath BLESSED MY MASTER GREATLY ; and he is become great.... (b) Isaac became very great. **Genesis 26:12-13** [12]Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. [13]And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until HE BECAME VERY GREAT : (c) Jehoshaphat was made exceeding great. **2 Chronicles 17:12** And JEHOSHAPHAT WAXED GREAT EXCEEDINGLY ; and he built in Judah castles, and cities of store. (2) It is the power to be above only. **Deuteronomy 28:13** And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and THOU SHALT BE ABOVE ONLY, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them: **Psalms 18:43,47** [43]Thou hast delivered me from the strivings of the people; and THOU HAST MADE ME THE HEAD of the heathen: a people whom I have not known shall serve me. [47]It is God that avergeth me, and SUBDUETH THE PEOPLE UNDER ME . (3) God's great and exceeding great power proves the enemy a liar unto us. It brings the enemy unto submission. **Deuteronomy 33:29** [29]Happy art thou, O Israel: who is like unto thee, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! and THINE ENEMIES SHALL BE FOUND LIARS UNTO THEE ; and thou shalt tread upon their high places. **Psalms 66:3** [3]Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! THROUGH THE GREATNESS OF THY POWER SHALL THINE ENEMIES SUBMIT themselves unto thee. (4) God's great and exceeding great power is the power that swallows every other power. **Exodus 7:12** For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but AARON'S ROD SWALLOWED UP THEIR RODS . **Exodus 8:18-19** [18]And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, BUT THEY COULD NOT : so there were lice upon man, and upon beast. [19]Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, THIS IS THE FINGER OF GOD : and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said. **Exodus 15:12** Thou stretchedst out thy right hand, the earth swallowed them. (5) It is victorious power over all situations and circumstances. **Psalms 98:1-2** [1](A Psalm.) O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: HIS RIGHT HAND , AND HIS HOLY ARM , HATH GOTTEN HIM THE VICTORY. [2]The LORD hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen. (6) It is the power that brings dead people, things, animals and places back to life. It is a life-giving power. **Romans 8:11** [11]But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also QUICKEN YOUR MORTAL BODIES BY HIS SPIRIT that dwelleth in you. **1 Corinthians 6:14** [14]And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also RAISE UP US BY HIS OWN POWER . (7) God's great and exceeding great power is a record-breaking power. It can go beyond any known/set records or limits. **Ephesians 3:20** [20]Now unto him that is able TO DO EXCEEDING ABUNDANTLY above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, **Psalms 105:24** [24]And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies. In conclusion, no matter how strong the enemy may be, God's power is stronger and superior to his. God is more than enough to liberate us from the powers that are stronger than us. **Jeremiah 31:11** For the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he. God's great and exceeding great power supercedes and and is above all the powers of the enemy put together. We are on the ever winning edge with God on our sides. May we keep experiencing the greatness and the exceeding greatness of God's power from this moment onwards, in the name of Jesus Christ. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** God is on my side and I will not be afraid. The power of God is great and exceeding great towards me; therefore, I see the works of God and the enemy submit themselves unto me. All things are subject to me and are brought under the soles of my feet by God's great and exceeding great power. I am above only and never beneath, in the name of Jesus Christ.

God's HABITAT OF PRAISE
god's habitat of praise

An habitat is a place or environment that supports the well-being and survival of its inhabitant. It is a dwelling place, a home and a house for a being or a thing. God is omnipresent, is in every place, but is not manifesting His presence everywhere. **Jeremiah 23:23-24** [23]Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off? [24]Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. DO NOT I FILL HEAVEN AND EARTH ? saith the LORD. These verses show us that God is close to us and God is in places we consider to be far away from us. Wherever we go, close or far, God is there. Another thing we learn is that God's presence fills the heaven and the earth. Further more, the fact that God's presence fills the heaven and the earth and is in everywhere does not necessarily manifest everywhere. God has chosen places where His presence dwells and manifests. **GOD WELLS IN HEAVEN.** **Deuteronomy 26:15** Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven..... **2 Chronicles 6:21** ....... hear thou from thy dwelling place, even from heaven..... The heaven is the natural habitat of God. **GOD DWELLS IN ZION : THE ASSEMBLY OF HIS PEOPLE(THE REDEEMED) .** **Psalms 74:2** Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, WHEREIN THOU HAST DWELT **Psalms 76:2** In Salem also is his tabernacle, and HIS DWELLING PLACE IN ZION . **Psalms 132:13** For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation. Zion is the assembly or congregation of men and women redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. God dwells collectively/corporately in His people. **Matthew 18:20** For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. God is always in the assembly of His people. He is collectively at home in them. **GOD DWELLS IN MEN INDIVIDUALLY.** **1 Corinthians 6:19** [19]What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? **1 John 4:4** Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is HE THAT IS IN YOU , than he that is in the world. God is dwelling in the redeemed individually by His Holy Spirit. We are the habitations of God individually and collectively in the earth. God dwells in the heavens of heaven but exercises dominion on the earth through men. **Psalms 115:16** The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD'S: but the earth hath he given to the children of men. The works of God on the earth are done through men that God has placed on the earth. **Revelation 21:3** [3]And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, THE TABERNACLE OF GOD IS WITH MEN, AND HE WILL DWELL WITH THEM , and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. Man is God's primary agent of God's work on earth. He dwells in men, walks in men and works through men. **GOD DWELLS IN PRAISES.** As learnt earlier that God is in everywhere but not manifesting His presence everywhere, it is pertinent to mention that God will not only manifests but also choose to dwell in an atmosphere of praise. Wherever and whenever God is praised, God dwells and manifests. **GOD DWELLS IN HEAVEN AND IS PRAISED IN HEAVEN.** **Revelation 4:2,4,8-10** [2]And immediately I was in the spirit; and, behold, A THRONE WAS SET IN HEAVEN, and one sat on the throne. [4]And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. [8]And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and THEY REST NOT DAY AND NIGHT, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. [9]And when those beasts GIVE GLORY AND HONOUR AND THANKS TO HIM that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever, [10]The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and WORSHIP HIM THAT LIVETH FOR EVER AND EVER, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying, The throne of God in heaven is surrounded with living creatures and beings worshipping, praising, honouring and glorifying God day and night without ceasing. Imumerable company of men (multitudes) also surround the throne of God in heaven for endless praises and worship. **Revelation 7:9-10** [9]After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; [10]And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. **GOD DWELL IN ZION THROUGH PRAISE.** **Psalms 65:1** Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed. **Psalms 102:21** To declare the name of the LORD in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem; **Psalms 9:14** That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation. One of God's habitat of praise is Zion: the congregation / assembly of His redeemed. **Psalms 22:3** But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. When God's people praise Him, He inhabits their praises. The generation of those who seek and see God are those who praise Him. **God's HABITAT IS IN THE PRAISES OF INDIVIDUALS.** **Psalms 18:3** I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. "I WILL" is a personal affirmation. According to the scripture above, it is calling upon the Lord and counting Him worthy of praise that brings about God showing up for salvation from the enemies. **Exodus 15:1-2** [1]Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I WILL SING unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea. [2]The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I WILL prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I WILL exalt him. "I WILL" occur three times. It is a personal decision. When God is the song that we sing, individually He becomes our salvation. God dwells with and shows up for individuals who sings His praises continually. **Psalms 34:1** I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. Wherever God chooses to dwell, He has commanded sacrifices and offerings. **1 Samuel 2:29** [29]Wherefore kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine offering, which I have commanded in my habitation...... The habitation of God demands sacrifices and offerings. We offer our bodies to God as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable unto Him (Romans 12:1).This is how our bodies become the temple of God. **1 Corinthians 6:19** [19]What? know ye not that YOUR BODY IS THE TEMPLE OF THE HOLY GHOST which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? Our bodies and spirits are to glorify God. **1 Corinthians 6:20** For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. One of the ways we glorify God with our bodies are when they become instruments of praise and worship to God. **Psalms 50:23** Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God. Praise is an offering ordained to be offered to God in God's holy temple, our bodies. One of the sacrifices expected to go to God is the sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving **Hebrews 13:15** [15]By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. We are meant to be God's habitat of praise by ensuring that praise worship goes to God continually and at all times through our lips. **WHY YIELD OURSELVES TO GOD AS HIS PRAISE HABITAT?** (1) We are ordained to show forth His praises (Isa 43:21;1Cor 10:32; 1Pet 2:9) (2) We owe our living to praising God. We live by praising God (Isa 38:19; Ps 104:33;Ps 118:17; Ps 146:2) (3) Praises are our acts of spiritual sacrifices to God (Ps 27:6; ; Ps 54:6; Ps 107:22; Ps 116:17) In conclusion, as we live in the consciousness of the truth that we have been redeemed to become living sacrifices to God through praise, we become the habitation of God and the people through whom He manifests His glory. May we obtain grace to build God an habitation in our lives through praise. We obtain the garment of praise by the Spirit of the Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** I belong to God. I am the temple of the living God. God dwells in me by His Spirit. I glorify God in my Spirit and in my body which are God's.. I am the habitation of God as I offer the sacrifices of praise and thanksgiving to God continually. I am God's altar of sacrifices of praise and Thanksgiving. I am a living sacrifice of the living God by continual praises and thanksgiving. Hallelujah

THE GLORIFIED BELIEVER
the glorified believer

The glory of God is the full weight of God. Man was created in the image and likeness of God. The creation of man came with man being crowned with glory and honour. **Psalms 8:4-5** [4]What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? [5]For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast CROWNED HIM WITH GLORY AND HONOUR. However, when sin was introduced to man, man fell from his position of glory. **Romans 3:23** For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; The descent of man into sin marked the demotion of man from glory to shame. Nevertheless, God introduced redemption through Jesus Christ to return man to his original position of glory. **Romans 3:24** Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Justification from sin and its attendant consequences came through redemption in Christ Jesus. **JUSTIFICATION** is being made righteous, declared innocent, just as if one had never sinned. Justification is God's act of declaring man free from the guilt of sin and making him acceptable to Himself. At redemption, man was restored to his original position of glory. Until redemption was introduced, man remained robbed of glory and reduced to shame and reproach. The essence of redemption is for the restoration of the glorious and glorified life to the believer. The redeemed life is the glorified life. **Isaiah 44:23** ...... for the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and glorified himself in Israel. God redeemed us that He might be glorified in us. THE GLORIFIED BELIEVER IS THE ONE THAT HAS OBTAINED THE REDEMPTION THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS . God is not glorified in the fallen man but in the redeemed. The glory of God is displayed only through and in the life of the redeemed. Just as the fallen life reduced man to the place of shame and reproach, the redeemed life is ordained for the elevation of mankind to the place of glory. Every redeemed child of God is destined for the glorified life. **FEATURES OF THE GLORIFIED BELIEVER.** Following are some of the features of the glorified believers, among others. (1) The Spirit of God dwells in them. The glorified believers are the habitations of God. **1 Corinthians 6:19** What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? The glorified believer is the house of God. God lives in the glorified believer and is evident in them. God is at home, by His Holy Spirit, in the glorified believer. The glorified believer lives the Spirit-filled life. Full of the Spirit and led by the Spirit (Romans 8:14,Gal 5:16,25) (2) The anointing of the Holy Spirit is upon them for a changed of life and circumstances. **Isaiah 61:1-3** [1]The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; [2]To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; [3]To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, THAT HE MIGHT BE GLORIFIED . The glorified believers are those who have obtained the empowerment of the Holy Spirit to change lives and situations to the glory of God. (3) The glorified believer are illuminated gy the glory of God and they shine the light in them. **Isaiah 60:1-3** [1]Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. [2]For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. [3]And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. The glorified believers are those who defied the darkness in their days by shining forth their light and bringing nations into the light of God that is in them. **Matthew 5:14-16** [14]Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. [15]Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. [16]Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and GLORIFY YOUR FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN . The glorified believer do not hide their lights but make them shine for the world to see; they influence and change their world by the light of God in them. (4) The glorified believer are fruit bearing believers. **John 15:8** HEREIN IS MY FATHER GLORIFIED, THAT YE BEAR MUCH FRUIT ; so shall ye be my disciples. Much fruits from the believers in Christ bring glory to God. God is glorified in our results. **Haggai 1:8** Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I Will TAKE PLEASURE IN IT , AND I WILL BE GLORIFIED , saith the LORD. All results in righteousness brings glory to God. **Philippians 1:11** Being filled with the FRUITS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, which are by Jesus Christ, UNTO THE GLORY and praise of GOD . (5) The glorified believers are those who do all things to the glory of God. **1 Corinthians 10:31** Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. The glorified believers do nothing except it brings glory to God. It is their passionate desire to see God glorified. **Psalms 63:1-2** O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; [2]To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary. **Psalms 86:12** will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore. The glorified believer are ardent chasers of God, not for His gifts, but for His person. (6) The glorified believers are full of love and filled with the fullness of God. **Ephesians 3:19,21** [19]And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. [21]Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. It is the overflowing of the life of God by love through the believers that brings glory to God. (7) The glorified believer returns glory to God for all the doings of God through them. The only person the glorified believer knows and understand is God. He sees God in every achievement. **Jeremiah 9:23-24** [23]Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: [24] But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD. The glorified believers make their boasts only in the Lord. **Psalms 44:8** In God we boast all the day long, and praise thy name for ever. Selah. The glorified believers are full of praises to God at all times. In conclusion, as we apply ourselves to glorifying God, He will glorify us in return. God is not a robber. As long as we long to see Him glorified, He will always manifest His glory through us. May we remain glorified believers the rest of our days, in the name of Jesus Christ. .............................................. **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** The Lord has redeemed me and is glorified in me. I am the temple of the Holy Spirit. God lives in me by His Holy Spirit. I am the house of God. God fills me with His Spirit. I have been bought with the price of the blood of Jesus Christ ; God is glorified in my body and in my spirit, which are God's. My life bring forth much fruits unto God and God is glorified thereby.

THE GLORY OF THE FATHER
the glory of the father

We serve a glorious God and we are created in His image, crowned with glory and honour. As believers in Christ Jesus, we have the mandate of walking in God's plans and purposes to the end that we might show forth the glory of the Father. God the Father, who is our Father, is the Father of glory (Ephesians 1:17) and by the law of reproduction, we are the offspring of His glory. We are destined for the radiation and reflection of God's glory. We are the extension of God's glory by redemption. We are redeemed unto glory. The new birth is the birth of the saints from the lifestyle of shame and reproach unto the new life of glory. The life of sin is that of death, shame and reproach. **Romans 6:23** For the wages of sin is DEATH ...... **Proverbs 14:34** .... sin is a REPROACH to any people. **Romans 6:20-21** [20]For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. [21]What fruit had ye then in those things whereof YE ARE NOW ASHAMED ? for the end of those things is death. At redemption from sin, we have eternal life, glory and virtue. Redemption is a call unto glory and virtue. **2 Peter 1:3** According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath CALLED US TO GLORY AND VIRTUE : The new birth experience is redemption from death, shame and reproach unto eternal life and glory. Jesus Christ came to redeem mankind from the grip of death (characterised by shame and reproach) unto eternal life, the life of glory. When Jesus Christ died on account of our sins, we died with Him but when He arose from the dead we were risen with Him. **1 Peter 1:3** [3]Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, We were born again unto a new life when Jesus Christ was risen from the dead. The victory of Jesus Christ over death is our victory. **THE GLORY OF THE FATHER.** The resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead was made possible by the glory of the Father. THE GLORY OF THE FATHER is the power that raised up Jesus Christ from the dead. **Romans 6:4** [4]Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as CHRIST WAS RAISED UP FROM THE DEAD BY THE GLORY OF THE FATHER , even so we also should walk in newness of life. THE GLORY OF THE FATHER is God's exceeding great power and God's mighty power of resurrection. **Ephesians 1:19-20** [19]And what is the EXCEEDING GREATNESS OF HIS POWER to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his MIGHTY POWER , [20]WHICH HE WROUGHT IN CHRIST , WHEN HE RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD , and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, It is the superlative dimension of God's power ever wielded. It is God's most superior power. THE GLORY OF THE FATHER is the power of resurrection. **Philippians 3:10** That I may know him, and THE POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION , and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; THE GLORY OF THE FATHER is God's glorious power. **Colossians 1:11** [11]Strengthened with all might, according to his GLORIOUS POWER, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; THE GLORY OF THE FATHER is the Spirit of God, The Holy Spirit. It is the Spirit that raised up Jesus and He that raised up Christ from the dead. THE GLORY OF THE FATHER is the quickening Spirit of God. It is the life-giving Spirit of God. **John 6:63** It is the spirit that quickeneth...... **1 Corinthians 15:45** And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a QUICKENING SPIRIT . THE GLORY OF THE FATHER is the power that raised up Jesus and the believers alike. **1 Corinthians 6:14** And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power. The list continues in the scriptures. In summary, the glory of the Father is synonymous with the power of God. **WALKING IN God's PLANS AND PURPOSES : THE MASTER KEY TO THE GLORY OF THE FATHER.** The glory of the Father is tied to the plans and purposes of the Father for His own. Until we are aligned to God's plans and purposes, His glory cannot be experienced. Jesus Christ is a perfect example of one who came to do the will of God and saw the glory of God. **Hebrews 10:7** [7]Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. Jesus Christ came to do the will of God (plans and purposes for Him). The death, burial, resurrection, ascension and enthronement of Jesus are as written concerning him. **John 17:4** I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. Jesus Christ glorified God on the earth by finishing the assignment given to Him by God. On account of following God's plans and purposes for His life on the earth, Jesus Christ asked God to glorify Him. **John 17:5** And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. The glory of the Father answers to the plans and purposes of the Father. **John 12:28** Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. The essence of God's glory is to see Himself glorified in the lives of His own. The glory of the Father is for the advancement of the His plans and purposes. **SUFFERING PRECEDES GLORY.** Every manifestation of glory is preceded by suffering. There is no glory without suffering. **1 Peter 1:11** [11] Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand THE SUFFERINGS OF CHRIST , AND THE GLORY THAT SHOULD FOLLOW . Seasons of glory is sequel to the seasons of suffering. Sufferings prepare us for perfection in glory. **Hebrews 2:10** [10] For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to MAKE THE CAPTAIN OF THEIR SALVATION PERFECT THROUGH SUFFERINGS . Sufferings are pathways to perfection in glory. It is only those who suffered with Christ that will reign with Him in glory. It is therefore expedient that we endure all things(sufferings) for the sake of the glory that lies ahead. **2 Timothy 2:10-12** [10] Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. [11] It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: [12] If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: Our salvation comes with eternal glory and to this end, we must endure all things. It is only those who endures to the end that will be saved. If we die with Jesus, we will also live with Him and if we suffer with Him, we will reign with him. Sufferings will come to try our faith but it will end in praise, honour and glory. **1 Peter 1:7** [7]That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Sufferings will end in glory if we will endure to the end. In conclusion, the arsenal of hell cannot withstand nor contend against the weight of glory ordained for the believer. The affliction of the believer meant for evil by the enemy is not meant to last and will eventually turn out for the good of the believer whose focus is not on the sufferings but on the glory. **2 Corinthians 4:17-18** [17]For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; [18]While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. No affliction from the pit of hell can stand on the way of the weight of the glory God is working out for us. We are not to be ashamed when we suffer affliction for the gospel's sake. However, we must seek God's power in order for us not to cringe. **2 Timothy 1:8** [8]Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; God's power is our stay when afflictions come. May we receive God's power to withstand all afflictions on our path to glory, in the name of Jesus Christ. ...... **GLORIOUS CONFESSION :** I have been baptised unto Christ. By baptism unto Christ, I was buried with Christ and as Christ was risen from the dead by the glory of the Father, I arise with Christ and I walk in the newness of life. I have and I live a brand new life by the power of resurrection, in the name of Jesus Christ. It is a new day !
